PORK RIBS ADOBO
Ingredients
1 slab spare ribs about 3-4 lbs,sliced
4 bay leaves
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup distilled vinegar
thick part of 1 can coconut milk
6 cloves garlic,chopped
1 large onion,chopped
4-5 chillies
1 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
pinch of accent
Place all the ingredients in a pot. Turn the heat to medium and let simmer for about 40-50 minutes
